Returns

Start your return or exchange here.

Exchanges: please specify the item and size you would like to exchange your item for in the notes section of the returns page, and we will automatically send you a prepaid return label. Once your return is received, we will ship out your new order.

For international returns, please ship your return to the following address using the carrier of your choice.

All vintage sales are final. 

Vintage

Most of our vintage pieces are pre-loved, so you can expect some wear. We do not accept returns on our vintage collection, but we do encourage you to sell or donate the piece if it's not the right fit for you. We appreciate you giving a second life to these pieces<3


 Terms

Returns are accepted for 10 days after your order was delivered.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition

We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 

We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume.

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Shipping rates for international returns must be paid for by customer. Lucille NYC is not responsible for customs or duties on international deliveries or returns.

If your return request was not submitted or sent back within the given time frame, we unfortunately can not accept your returns.

Lucille NYC reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at lucillenewyork@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
